Shipping & Return Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays, or U.S. nationally observed holidays. All orders are shipped from Florida, and the delivery time frame depends on where the order is being shipped. Orders are shipped via FedEx or through the USPS to home addresses, business addresses, and P.O. Boxes. Orders receive FREE Standard Shipping within the contiguous United States. Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories don't apply for free shipping.
If you have selected international shipping at check out, your order total will be calculated at Check Out. The shipping time period depends on the country to which we are shipping.
RETURN POLICYWe guarantee the quality and the individuality of our handmade products. As a result of the handcrafted nature of our products, many items will vary slightly in color and/or size. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days by contacting our customer case team at email@example.com. So we may easily assist you, please include your order # within your email.
Please note that the shipping cost to return your item is not included. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
Exchanges will be handled as a return and reorder. Please return your item and then make your new purchase through our website under a new transaction.
